This Sunday
Last Sunday was really amazing!
In spite of a south Texas blizzard (rain, wind, and temps below 65 degrees 😉) - over 2100 brave Home Church faithful showed up to worship our risen King! The weather didn't cooperate, the equipment didn't cooperate, the circumstances didn't cooperate - but we did.
Together, with temperatures-DROPPING, rain-POURING, power-OUTING, and eggs (and a couple of kids) BLOWING across the field - we honored Jesus, and worshipped him and celebrated his resurrection - and the resurrection life he gives us.
Thank you SO much for being a part of HOLY WEEK this year. I really believe we honored Jesus, and it started, as it should - with really seeing him!
This week we'll begin a new sermon series that I am SO excited about.
It's all about UNlearning some of the lies we believe. Satan is the father of all lies. Jesus IS the truth. So we are going to go through some of the lies that we commonly believe about God, ourselves, & the Bible. Those lies can kill our joy, steal our joy, and ruin our lives.
We'll expose the lies, and tell the truth about Who God is, and who we are in him, and who we are in him - together. Jesus said it best (shocker): the truth will set us free!
Celebration of Life - Pat Allmon
April 11 at 10am
This Saturday, April 11, we will be hosting a memorial service for our dear friend, Pat Allmon. Pat was a longtime member of our church, a faithful member of our Prayer Team, and served as a Group Leader in several different groups over the years.
If you knew Pat—or would simply like to show your love and support to her husband, Dwight, and their family—we invite you to join us this Saturday at 10:00am at Home Church as we remember and celebrate her life & the impact she made on the Kingdom.
InsideOut - Middle School Night
Monday, April 13 | 6-8pm
Inside Out is hosting a kickball tournament for all of our Middle School Students!
We'll have free food prizes for the winning team!

Giving on the Church App
You can give on the church app! From the home page, simply scroll all the way to the bottom of the page where you’ll see an image like the one above. Click the image and follow the steps below to set up a one time or recurring donation:
1. Add the amount you would like to donate (then click “next”).
2. Choose which fund you’d like to give to.
3. Select how often - One Time, Weekly, Monthly, etc.
- If you choose to give on a regular basis, you’ll be able to pick the day/dates the recurring donation is made.
4. Add a payment method.
5. You can see the processing fee and choose if you want to cover it or not.
- If you choose to cover the fee, you will be credited on year-end statements.
Important info
If you would would like MORE of your money going toward Home Church and the missions we support, and LESS towards fees - Here’s some info that will help:
When selecting a payment method…
A debit or credit card - it will be $0.30 plus 2.15% of the donation.
However, if you choose to add your bank account, the fee is only $0.30 - regardless of the amount you donate.
