This week in *Who Am I Becoming?*, we’ll explore the first goal of an apprentice of Jesus: **BE WITH THE RABBI.** From Eden to Jesus to the Holy Spirit living in us, to God's kingdom fully coming - the biblical story is the story of a God who wants to be with his people. What if the thing your soul needs most isn’t something **from** God—but God himself? This Sunday, let's talk about how to become more present to the God who is already present with us. --- This Sunday is also **National Back to Church Sunday**, and it’s a great reminder that there are people all around us who may be more open to an invitation than we realize. Who’s one person you could text this week and simply say, “Come sit with me Sunday”? You don’t have to have the perfect words. Just make the invitation. We’ll save them a place. --- ![](https://churchusercontent.com/17ca71cf-23db-4bdc-ad50-5b0fb03eea42/Groups_2026-04-16T01-31-24-168Z.png?w=1400) # Groups Sunday We’ll have several groups in the lobby this Sunday with opportunities for you to get connected! In this group, we’ll read and discuss [*Uncomplicate It* by Hosanna Wong](https://a.co/d/00KjWkcT) as we discover how to move beyond comparison, unrealistic expectations, and the pressure to make our relationship with God look like someone else’s. Together, we’ll explore how to simplify our faith, overcome the things that keep us from enjoying God, and discover practical ways to connect with Him in the unique way He created each of us to!
