This Sunday
For the last four weeks, we've talked about Finding Freedom through Forgiveness. We've seen how forgiving can actually be setting a prisoner free - and WE are that prisoner. But what if the person who's hardest to forgive - is yourself?
This week we'll talk about forgiving yourself. If you've struggled with guilt, or shame about something wrong that you did in your past that hurt someone - maybe it's time to talk about forgiving yourself.
Remember— forgiving is not ignoring, or minimizing, or accepting - it's about letting go. It's about seeing the offender as a human being. It's about letting God be the judge. It's about letting Him change your heart, and your feelings about the offender.
Even when that offender - is you. See you Sunday!
Groups Sunday
This Sunday we’ll have a few groups in the lobby, ready to answer questions and get you plugged in! Swing by a table in the lobby to learn more and get connected!
Home Church Moms
Calling All Mamas!
Home Church Moms is back again for another year of community with like-minded mamas of young kids! We enjoy prayer, fellowship, crafts, speakers, devotionals, and a hot meal and coffee. Our mamas are also encouraged to attend a monthly MNO and playdate to deepen friendships and stay connected throughout the month.

Grief Share
A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
Kids Baptism Readiness Class
July 19 | 9am | Portable 1
If you have a 4th or 5th grader who is ready for baptism, or if they have questions about baptism or next steps - this class is for your family!
We ask that at least one parent attends with their student.

Serving Opportunity
Medical Team
The Home Church Safety Team is looking for a few volunteers, willing and able to serve 1-2 times per month, to assist in a medical first responder capacity. If you have pre-hospital or other emergency medical experience this would be a great opportunity for you to serve! If you are interested, please submit a volunteer interest form HERE (select Medical).
SheWill - Women's Conference
Join us on Saturday, August 1 for SheWill, a one-day conference designed to encourage, equip, and strengthen women in every season of life.
This year's theme, Overcomer, explores four powerful biblical truths—Exalt, Endure, Edify, and Encourage—as we discover what it means to walk in the victory Christ has already won for us.
Enjoy heartfelt worship, biblical teaching, inspiring testimonies, meaningful prayer, and authentic community with women of all ages. Breakfast, lunch, and dessert are included! So invite your daughter, your mom, or a friend and experience the day together!
Come expectant. Leave encouraged, refreshed, and reminded that you're not walking this journey alone.

30s & 40s Step of Faith
July 24 | 6:00 PM
Put on your boots and join us for a fun-filled evening of line dancing and two-stepping! Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or have never stepped onto a dance floor before, this is a welcoming, beginner-friendly event designed for fellowship, laughter, and connection.
No partner is required—come solo, bring friends or invite another couple. Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere where you can meet new people, build community and have a great time together.
We’ve got childcare covered (Children under 12).
All you have to do is show up, have fun and dance!
American Heritage Girls
American Heritage Girls is a Christ-centered program dedicated to building women of integrity through service to God, family, community, and country. Designed for girls ages 5–18, the program helps young women grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, develop practical life skills, and serve others—all while having fun along the way. Whether your daughter loves the outdoors, enjoys hands-on activities, or is simply looking for a place to belong, we'd love to help you learn more about Troop TX0318 here at Home Church.
Meetings start August 24th, but registration is open now!

Giving on the Church App
You can give on the church app! From the home page, simply scroll all the way to the bottom of the page where you’ll see an image like the one above. Click the image and follow the steps below to set up a one time or recurring donation:
1. Add the amount you would like to donate (then click “next”).
2. Choose which fund you’d like to give to.
3. Select how often - One Time, Weekly, Monthly, etc.
- If you choose to give on a regular basis, you’ll be able to pick the day/dates the recurring donation is made.
4. Add a payment method.
5. You can see the processing fee and choose if you want to cover it or not.
- If you choose to cover the fee, you will be credited on year-end statements.
Important info
If you would would like MORE of your money going toward Home Church and the missions we support, and LESS towards fees - Here’s some info that will help:
When selecting a payment method…
A debit or credit card - it will be $0.30 plus 2.15% of the donation.
However, if you choose to add your bank account, the fee is only $0.30 - regardless of the amount you donate.
